The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm is pleased to announce that it has reprinted Petticoat Surgeon, the autobiography of Dr. Bertha Van Hoosen. The book was originally published in 1947. The reprinting celebrates Dr. Van Hoosen's 158th birthday on March 26, and Women's History month.

VIDEO: Rochester Hills to Build Inclusive Playground with Crowdfunding Campaign

The money will be used to complete the city’s newest playground at Innovation Hills Park. If the campaign reaches its crowdfunding goal of $50,000 by May 31, the project will win a matching grant, making the grand total raised $100,000.
